Pastors, this is one of the most grueling seasons of ministry in the calendar year. The pre-Easter pressure is real. I feel it. I get it. I know it. I've lived it.

I would just want to remind you that in the middle of pressure to take care of yourselves, to stop, to rest, to be a parent at a ball game without your phone right in front of your face, to make sure that you enjoy a spring break with your kids, to do the things that God has called you to do first and foremost so that you can serve his church.

I see you. I get it. And I just want to take a second and just pray this over you. God, I pray for these pastors. I pray for their spirits to be full, for them to lean into you fully, for you to do a miraculous work in their church this Easter.

And that God, amongst everything else in our personal lives, you would be glorified so that in our churches, you can be glorified. It's in your name, Jesus, we pray. Amen.

P.S. I'm sure you know a friend or two who could use some encouragement today. Would you take a moment and forward this to them?
